MemInfo visualizza, dalla barra delle applicazioni (system tray), la memoria RAM utilizzata dal sistema. Un piccolo indicatore grafico fornisce un rapido riscontro sull'attuale uso della memoria di Windows. Altamente personalizzabile, si può scegliere di essere avvisati in caso di un uso esagerato di memoria, mostra la memoria fisica o il file di paging di Windows, la memoria libera o quella usata, si può anche scegliere il tipo di carattere visualizzato.
