GMER è un applicativo che rileva e rimuove i rootkit (programmi dannosi come i malware). Scandisce il sistema e rileva processi, moduli e file nascosti, permette di monitorare anche i processi creati, i driver e le librerie caricate, le nuove chiavi create nel registro di windows, le connessioni TCP/IP. Per Windows NT / W2K / XP / VISTA.

GMER is an application that detects and removes rootkits. It scans for: hidden processes, hidden threads, hidden modules, hidden files. GMER also allows to monitor the following system functions: processes creating, drivers loading , libraries loading, registry entries, TCP/IP connections.
