UnHackMe permette di rilevare e rimuovere una nuova generazione di programmi Trojan, gli invisibili Trojan (rootkits). Un rootkits è un programma che gli hacker utilizzano per mascherare l'intrusione nel computer ed ottenere il livello d'accesso come amministratore locale o di rete. L'intruso installa un rootkit su un computer usando un'azione dell'utente, sfruttando una vulnerabilità conosciuta o decifrando una password. Una volta che il rootkits sarà installato, l'hacher avrà il controllo completo del computer.

UnHackMe is specially designed to detect and remove Rootkits. A rootkit is a program that a hacker uses to mask intrusion and obtain administrator-level access to a computer or computer network. The intruder installs a rootkit on a computer using a user action or by exploiting a known vulnerability or cracking a password. The rootkit installs a backdoor giving the hacker a full control of the computer. It hides their files, registry keys, and process names, and network connections from your eyes.
