PNotes aiuta a gestire le cose da fare giorno dopo giorno e ricorda gli avvenimenti più importanti. Nessuna installazione richiesta, basta scompattare l'archivio scaricato in qualsiasi posizione ed eseguire il file PNotes.exe. Portabile: può essere avviato da qualsiasi unità, fisse o flash; possibilità di inserire note vocali che leggono il testo ad alta voce; ad ogni nota è possibile inserire i tag per semplificare la ricerca e l'ordinamento; la protezione con password impedisce l'accesso non autorizzato al programma; la crittografia consente a tutti i tuoi appunti di essere archiviati come file crittografati, in modo che nessuno possa leggere il loro contenuto, anche in caso di smarrimento della chiavetta USB; sincronizzazione tramite protocollo FTP; le skin permettono all'utente di personalizzare l'interfaccia grafica. E' scritto interamente in C e API di Windows, quindi è veloce e leggero. Supporta la lingua italiana.
